State Schools’ Relief helps students in need by providing school uniforms and other essential items, so every child can feel included, stay engaged, and focus on learning - no matter their circumstances.

For over 95 years, they’ve supported all Victorian government primary, secondary, specialist, and language schools, making sure students facing financial hardship have what they need to succeed at school. Their support helps students feel like they belong, which boosts confidence, improves participation, and leads to better learning outcomes.

ASCA is proud to be a long-standing partner and the largest non-government supporter of State Schools’ Relief, contributing more than $1 million to help students with uniforms, shoes, and laptops. One standout initiative is ASCA’s support of the iPad program, which has empowered non-verbal students to communicate with their families, teachers, and classmates - giving them a voice through technology.
